Online Market Research Analyst/ Inside Sales Representative:

This position is mainly a communications position and performs tele-prospecting functions. It will utilize your professional communication, your research and interviewing skills, as well as your marketing and sales skills.
 
The Specialist/Representative calls companies across the North America and talks to professionals about their business needs and initiatives. They identify who the most appropriate decision maker is in the company (usually a director, VP or even C-Level) by speaking with multiple company representatives. They then initiate a conversation with the decision maker to introduce our products & services, educate the decision maker on what value we have to offer, ask many quality questions of the decision maker and their business and then decide if the company would be a good fit for us to sell to. When they have identified a sales-ready lead, it gets passed along to our sales team in Canada and they take initiative and close from there.
 
Serve as an integral part of the sales & marketing team. The Lead Generation Analyst responsibilities will include inbound and outbound lead generation to small medium enterprises, qualifying potential customers, increasing awareness of Company's product and services, maintaining information in CRM database, and handling incoming inquires.
 
The Lead Generators are responsible for initiating contact with potential customers in an effort to generate high-potential appointments. You will provide them with accurate and timely information on products, solutions and services. Qualified candidates will be successful in coaching their team to take a lead and qualify it to an opportunity. Call types include, but are not limited to, cold calling, follow-up calls from marketing campaigns (direct mail, webinars, sales kick-offs etc.)
 
Prerequisite - Required Skills and Experience:

Experience in sales/ business development related to IT/Web projects for North America.
Proven track record of achievements in lead generation in IT space and well acquainted with North American
  business culture.
Ability to co-ordinate with front-end sales team for new account acquisition support and back-end support team.
Handle the entire sales cycle - identifying prospects, making cold calls, identify opportunities and nurture the
  leads for Frontline Sales Team to prospect
Active listening skills.
Manage a team of Executives and achieve collective monthly target of the team
Excellent written and communication skills
Good interpersonal, management & business skills.
Able to work independently with remote and minimal supervision
Excellent telephone and written communication skills, attention to detail
Professional upbeat telephone voice, strong probing skills, persistence
Proven track record in cold calling, sales prospecting, sales intelligence, handling objections and appointment
  setting.

Good organizational skills with the ability to navigate to the decision-makers
Able to engage management decision makers and influencers at any level and communicate effectively with
  executives, managers, and engineers.

Duties & Responsibilities:
 
Make outbound calls per day to filter, qualify, and generate sales
Understand the sales process and able to work to targets
Generate appointments daily.
Create & manage new customers.
Qualify leads generated from demand creation events & lead generation campaigns, target lists, and
  marketing efforts or buying criteria and purchase timeframe etc.,
Accurately promote products, solutions, and services.
Presenting and articulating the value proposition of products and services to prospective customers.
Assisting in compiling a list of prospects from doing market research, Internet searches, and partner
  networking.
Promote a positive and professional corporate image while on the phone.
Provide prospects/customers with information about existing and new features and benefits.
Provide management with feedback on an on-going basis regarding competitive information, customer issues,
  marketing issues, or any other pertinent information gained from customer contact.
Achieving quarterly and yearly quotas by consistently developing a prospect funnel
Use of CRM sales tools.
