| Hands on experience with J2EE Architecture, Service Oriented Architecture and OOAD, Design Patterns, |
| | Frameworks, Struts, hibernate, UAT, SIT |
| Worked on a RDBMS in the capacity of an database designer |
| Analytical thinking and methodical working practice (analytical and conceptual strength). Capability to develop |
| | and communicate concepts/architecture for software components on different technologies, Design patterns, |
| | UML, OO software development methods and excellent communication. |
| Mentor and train members in concepts and technologies. |
