| Busy and growing web & software Development Company seeks the part time services of a sales administrator. Flexible on number of days and hours to be worked, position will have the opportunity to work into full time basis, or you could choose to remain part time. | |

| The primary focus of this position is to assist in the company’s evolution from an R&D company into a true sales organization. There will also be some general administrative duties, but the focus will clearly be on sales. | |

| Preparation & coordination of trade shows and external events | | Updating prospect & customer records in CRM (Customer Relations Management) software (experience with | | | Salesforce.com would be ideal) | | Coordination and execution of Lead Generation marketing initiatives (under the direction of the
| | | Director of Sales) | | Preferably have advanced MS Office skills, including (and especially) MS PowerPoint (company does have | | | internal art & graphic design department, but experience ‘finishing’ PowerPoint presentations
| | | would be very welcomed) | | |

| Position will report directly to the Director of Sales and will, hopefully, bring experience and ideas / suggestions that will assist the company achieve our aggressive sales and revenue forecasts. | |
