This position will be responsible for the delivery of training, implementation, and integration services for customers of FiO. Working with the rest of the Client Services Team, this position will quickly assess customer solution requirements, develop innovative plans to solve their problems, and implement these plans to the customer's satisfaction. | | The successful candidate must have a passion for helping clients find creative ways to more effectively run their businesses. Customer satisfaction is a top corporate goal for FiO. Finding new ways to constantly improve the satisfaction and loyalty of our customers will be a top priority for this position. | | Work will be done at our site as well as at our customer's sites across North America; travel is up to 20%. | | | | The ideal candidate will have 3 - 7 years experience in systems applications consulting, either internally via an | | | IT organization or externally with a consulting firm or software provider. In addition, this candidate should have | | | solid experience in change management and Business Process Mapping in support and / or in conjunction with | | | a major IS initiative. | | Excellent understanding of common industry standard business practices as related to some or all of these | | | areas: | | | Ecommerce, Website layout, Shopping carts, Marketing and Advertising. | | Successful candidates should have demonstrated experience in translating customer business requirements | | | into workable world class business solutions, either as a software solution or a re-engineering initiative. | | Web Experience would be an asset: Experience with designing and writing HTML, Java and Java script for an | | | ecommerce web site. Implementation internal or external website. | | Candidates should have excellent client management skills and be able to work with customers to execute on an | | | implementation plan. Overnight travel will be required for this position. Estimation is 1 to 2 trips per month. | | Experience with software in a SaaS environment is a plus. | | Working knowledge of and experience using XML, JavaScript, HTML, Crystal and SQL is desirable. | | |
